Terry Smith

I am a Registered Administrative Assistant at G5 Financial Group, where I’ve been proud to be part of the team for more than 10 years. Before joining the firm, I spent many years in the financial services industry, building a strong foundation in client service, administrative support, and regulatory processes.

In my role, I help the team manage client relationships. I engage with clients to ensure their financial needs are being met, support them with ongoing service requests, and make sure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Creating a smooth, positive experience for the people we serve is something I truly care about.

Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband, Craig, and the rest of my large family. I also actively volunteer my time, which keeps me connected to my community and gives me the chance to contribute in meaningful ways.
