I've been working in financial services since 1980, when I earned my CFP® designation. That's more than 40 years of helping individuals and small businesses with investment management and retirement planning—watching people move through different stages of life, adjust to changing circumstances, and figure out what they need to do to reach their goals.
I work with clients both as a fee-based financial planner and as a commission-based securities representative, depending on what makes the most sense for their situation. Either way, the focus is the same: building a strategy that fits their life and helping them stay on track as things change.
Over the years, I've presented seminars on financial planning, tax planning, investment planning, and retirement planning. I've been a guest on KOA radio in Denver discussing financial planning topics and was featured in a PBS special on financial planning. I also served as past president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning and managed a branch office for a securities firm in Denver.
I'm a third-generation Denver native and earned my bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. I offer securities and investment advisory services through Geneos Wealth Management, Inc., a member of FINRA/SIPC.
